Sitting on a 1-acre landscaped lot and easily accessed off Kamehameha Highway, the property is only a short distance away from the towns of Kahuku and Laie, the Turtle Bay Resort, and world-famous surf spots along the North Shore. The Honolulu International Airport and Waikiki Beach are about an hours’ drive. Watch the sunrise from the second-story deck. This property has lovely views of the Pacific and the nearby beach, which has a sandy bottom and moderate surf — perfect for swimming. A private trail provides access. There’s private paddle tennis courts and a bike path with a private basketball court in the yard, providing a nice balance of public and private spaces for our guests to enjoy.  Shower beneath the stars, if you like. There are outdoor showers for easy clean-up after beachcombing, swimming, or other recreational activities. “I have rented this house for my three children and me on three or four occasions, once including my brother and family, and we wouldn’t want to rent anywhere else on Oahu! The house is spacious, is well divided with multiple bedrooms and connected bathrooms, and is filled with light.  The common areas accommodate large-group entertaining and include a patio with a grill. The house has simple lines and is very clean and easy to keep clean. It is well- appointed, with versatile furniture, lots of cooking equipment, a ping pong table, generous quantities of towels and linens, board games, and an outdoor tennis court. The location is spectacular! The house is right on lovely Malaekahana Beach but feels very private, with a short path winding from the house through the beach vegetation to the sand. The views are simply awesome, and there is nothing like opening one’s eyes in the morning to see the sun rising over the Pacific. Pure Paradise!”
